We developed and implemented an approach to emergency response that broadened awareness and capability exponentially and trained hundreds of staff in a wide range of emergency response competencies. Iconic International Event:Engaged following a near catastrophic weather event, we developed organisational emergency response capabilities that significantly improved the way our client prepared for and responded to incidents. Those processes are regularly applied and have improved organisational resilience significantly. Iconic Australian Building:Developing continuity arrangements for one of the most photographed venues in the world is daunting! Through extensive stakeholder engagement and a highly motivated client team, a suite of usable, workable and robust tools were implemented to enhance resilience. Watching these tools become 'fabric of life' is incredibly rewarding. Critical Incident Investigation - 'Big 4' Bank:A month's long investigation following a significant public relations and safety incident. Engaged by the CEO to work with the senior leadership team, it was fantastic to see a fractured team come together and work together to solve a range of complex oraganisational issues.
