Designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the Bank’s growing hardware and software network infrastructure.

•Provide support for 6,000+ students and 1,000+ staff in thirteen school district buildings •District is one-to-one, all students and staff have their own unique Apple device which my team and I support•Administrator of Cisco Wireless environment: Cisco 5520 Wireless LAN Controllers and 600 access points throughout the school district. This includes both indoor and outdoor wireless deployments•Administrator of Cisco Webex which is used by students and staff for virtual learning, meetings and breakout sessions. Assist with user creation, licensing and troubleshooting end user issues•Utilize Cisco ISE, Prime and DNA to monitor, troubleshoot and perform upgrades•Escalate Cisco infrastructure issues to Cisco TAC to troubleshoot and determine root cause analysis of issues•Perform wireless site surveys with Ekahau Wireless Design to ensure accurate Wi-Fi coverage and bandwidth •Assist with wired and wireless DHCP to include scopes, reservations and DHCP Option 43 •Support Active Directory for students and staff with account creation, deletion locking, unlocking and password changes•Work with Jamf software to manage and support all student and staff Apple devices: Mac, MacBook Air and iPad •Additional monitoring performed using SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor, FatPipe WARP and Cisco SecureX•Currently working with Rubrik Cloud Data Management & Enterprise Backup Software to upgrade a legacy data backup system. Taking lead role in working with vendor to assess the VM environment that needs to be backed up on premises and AWS

• Work with Cisco wireless infrastructure on a daily basis. • This includes Controllers, Access Points and ISE which supports business, shipping and guest wireless activities globally.• Perform upgrades and implementations of key wireless components throughout the year.• Assist LAN team with switch changes and configurations for optimal wireless performance.• Utilize my technical knowledge to quickly troubleshoot and resolve wireless infrastructure • (hardware, software) incidents related but not limited to mobile devices, network connectivity.• Perform administration activities and ensure compliance with maintenance policies and security • requirements. This includes assisting with monthly maintenance activities.• Participate in projects relevant to business operations, make recommendations to enhance • operational effectiveness and develop new standards for Colgate’s infrastructure.• Maintain infrastructure reliability through utilization of change management process to include • incident reports and change requests that require escalation and resolution. • Translate & simplify technical information to non-technical users.

• Monitored Unix/Autosys and SAP software on a daily basis which included batch job creation, integration of new and converted batch processing.• Interfaced with ISP’s such as Verizon, PCCW and Orange to ensure Colgate receives superior service, quality, and to ensure trouble tickets were being worked efficiently and effectively.• Collaborated with System and SAP Basis Administrators to ensure procedures and resolution activities are completed. This included working with physical and virtual servers.• Performed first level support and problem solving for all Data Center systems to ensure the Colgate business is not impacted.• Analyzed and troubleshoot WAN and LAN issues utilizing various tools including visual performance monitor, HP network node manager and network equipment access.• Interacted with a global team sharing knowledge, insight and experience to accomplish daily • company tasks and requirements.• Utilized Change Requests and Incident Reports on a daily basis to escalate and resolve issues.

•Repaired electronics weapons systems on carrier based aircraft.•Repaired the following systems: Communications, navigation, infrared, detection radar, laser electronics, digital computers, and avionics systems.•Based on USS Nimitz aircraft carrier, also worked on several naval bases in San Diego area. •Deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from March 2003-November 2003.
