Testing, installing, troubleshooting PCs, printers, MFPs, and scanners as required. Ordering of parts as needed. Entering completed work details into the company-provided software system. Phone and video conferencing with clients and/or other technicians to resolve issues. Use of technical diagrams and service manuals to determine fixes and/or installations as necessary.

Analyze, design, and install wired and wireless networks. Manufacture physical frameworks for wireless devices. Installation of audio/video to wired or wireless network links for streaming systems. Diagnostics and repair of wireless and wired networks. Repair and maintain equipment related to networking and support structures both wired and wireless.

Sales and customer service, both in person and over the phone, primarily to retail customers. Provide backup assistance to commercial managers as needed or after normal commercial hours. Heavy use of computers to determine parts required for customer vehicle repairs. Use of same systems for determining parts outside our listed areas of sales as required. Building and grounds maintenance. Inventory control and ordering. Minor invoicing/billing. Daily handling of cash, charge account, and check payments. Daily store closure including safe and register counts, bank drop, and building security.
