As a passionate leader with a Master of Organizational Leadership, I am driven by a commitment to servant leadership, trust-building, and cultural responsiveness. My journey has taken me through roles in education, nonprofit management, and ministry, where I have honed my ability to inspire teams, cultivate inclusive environments, and align organizational values with meaningful action.With over a decade of experience teaching and mentoring middle school students, I have developed a unique skill set in guiding individuals toward growth, resilience, and purpose. My work in nonprofit leadership has deepened my focus on empowering voices within communities and fostering collaboration that drives sustainable impact.In Spring 2025, I will begin a Master of Divinity program as the next step in my calling to ministry and leadership. My long-term goal is to pursue a PhD in Theology, equipping me to serve as a scholar and leader who bridges the gap between academic insight and practical application.I strive to lead with patience, kindness, and humility, building authentic relationships rooted in transparency and accountability. Whether managing budgets, navigating challenging behaviors, or casting a vision for the future, I approach every task with a heart for service and a dedication to excellence.Outside of my professional life, I am a devoted husband and father, always looking for ways to model integrity and purpose in both my career and personal life.
