Ensuring the store is a welcoming and friendly place to shop.- Data management: Keep accurate records of all orders of livestock and dry goods as well as customer orders.- Sell products based on personal experience and engage with the customer to ensure an ongoing relationship with clients.In the time that I have worked for Maidenhead Aquatics, two new software packages for stock management have been introduced. I have quickly learnt how to use these to a high level. I am now responsible for all dry goods in store due to previous experience.

- Developed methodologies for the use of new data management and medical device tracking hardware and software installed across the trust ensuring that 13,000 assets, each with 12 + data points, were located and logged across three hospitals.- Presentation and interpretation of various lines of data to display information critical for various heads of departments to assist in the management of ongoing projects.- Formed a team of multi-disciplinary staff to install a county-wide asset tracking and monitoring system.- Train staff within the Clinical Technology department on the use of the tracking software, whilst ensuring the data integrity of the software was correct and relevant for each department.- As the lead of this team I collaborated with Clinical Technology staff and 3rd party companies to consult upon the effectiveness of the new software as a data management tool in use within the hospital.- Significant use of interpersonal skills including, regular communication with senior Trust/Ward managers of all departments regarding asset tracking roll out, device queries and reassurance.- The successful implementation of this project allowed the Trust to easily track expenditures for each medical device or department as well as anticipate future spending. As a result of this, financial outgoings were improved and the hospital was brought up to the standards established by Care Quality Commission.

Oversaw the care of three rescued kittens and studied their behaviour. Also, carried out surveys in search of wildcats in the Ardnamurchan area and humane cat-friendly controls on the feral cat population which have had an outstanding positive effect on the area.-Manage volunteers and veterinary staff working over a large area of land, utilising their abilities for the project at hand. Maintaining constant communication to keep on top of evolving tasks throughout the project.- Using camera traps to survey large areas of land to find previously unknown populations of wildcats and display the date in spatial mapping software to build an accessible map for future reference. This information was also used to monitor potential reintroduction sites for viability. Including prey scarcity/density, in addition to building a broad picture of the biodiversity of the area as indicators of a healthy ecosystem.- Liaised with local communities and landowners to raise awareness of the Scottish wildcat as a positive part of the environment and ensure the success of future wildcat populations and the community’s co-operation with ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities: - Transporting patients to and from their surgery, ensuring that they are comfortable and that their needs are met.- To work as part of a large, diverse team with flexibility to ensure that all objectives are achieved whilst maintaining the care of the patient.- First point of contact between patients and their operation. The ‘face’ of the operation.The team I worked with ranged from ten individuals to fifty or more. Everyone came with a different role and task that they were working to achieve. I was expected to be present if any of the team needed assistance, no matter what the task was. The mix of these jobs enabled me to develop a strong knowledge of task prioritisation and time management, whilst working under pressure, as part of a complex and constantly changing team.

Key Responsibilities: - Managing the farm and daily tasks as the sole member of staff most days.- Talking with members of the public and offering guided tours of the farm.- Use of machinery and power tools regularly for ongoing maintenance of the site.- Rehabilitation and care of injured wildlife or abandoned young, such as hedgehogs or chicks.- The following of strict feeding schedules of all animals on the farm and the varied diets.The species I was responsible for ranged from goats, chickens, foxes and birds of prey to voles, lizards and native marine fish. I was responsible for all species on a daily basis as well as helping with guided tours of the farm, local woodlands and beaches. I also took part in surveys that would aid the guided tours, development plans and the ecological management of the site. Within a couple of months, I was the only full-time member of staff and required to oversee a number of volunteers with varying skillsets that also frequented the farm on a weekly basis.
