About Stephen Tober

I have been in construction since 1975 and in SMART Local 100 since 1977! Started working in roofing, then started in the sheet metal trade with Pierce Associates where I served my apprenticeship. While there I was trained in all aspects of the sheet metal trade including coordination, fabrication and installation of all mechanical/hydronic systems. Starting on the drawing board in 1980, I have evolved with the technology to include Cadd/BIM coordination between all trades in all types of construction. Over the years I have gained experience with all of the Cadd programs being used today for this work. I also have experience in project management, estimating and design for the mechanical trades. There is absolutely NO substitute for hands on experience!Retired from Sheet Metal Local 100 9/1/16!Retired from W. E. Bowers 4/1/23
