    In my previous role with hc1 I served as Product Owner and Scrum Master over the DecisionRx product along with various other product teams to ensure deadlines were met and adherence to the scrum framework. DecisionRx rapidly started gaining traction and soon became my 100% dedicated focus. In November I officially transitioned to DecisionRx.DecisionRx is an innovative healthcare technology company that reduces the cost of care by enabling better prescription decisions based on an individuals genetic composition. Over 60% of the top 50 medications on the market have genetic implications that can widely vary among individuals. Leveraging our proprietary technology, DecisionRx will handle the full end-to-end process of intaking/onboarding a new patient, deliver the genetic testing kit to the patient with full instructions to preform self swab, packaging to send back to our lab partner, and process the genetic results. The results are then passed to our team of doctorate-level pharmacists to complete an in-depth analysis of the patient's genetic profile leveraging our extensive gene panel containing over 90 genes. Our team of pharmacists is constantly conducting market research to refine and expand our gene panel, snps, and mutation patterns. The results will empower physicians and their patients to make smarter, personalized prescription decisions moving forward.My Role as Product Owner, Scrum Master and Jira Admin at DecisionRx includes, but is not limited to the following:- Working close with the engineering and design team to refine stories and plan the upcoming sprints and roadmap.- Ensure the team accomplishes the current objectives while meeting deadlines and adhering to Scrum.- Jira Administration responsible for managing and optimizing the platform to ensure efficient project workflows and user support.- Consistently interacting with business and PharmD team for future roadmap and real-time user feedback
