I am passionate about problem-solving, particularly when applied to help my clients deliver successful project outcomes.Working in a management consultancy, I am afforded the opportunity to do this across several projects in different regions and industries at any point in time. In my current role, I have the privilege of leading teams in this pursuit and embracing business development responsibilities which help shape the strategy of the organisation. While undertaking a bachelor’s degree in architecture, I discovered that creative thinking could be expressed in a number of ways of which I enjoyed strategic problem solving the most, particularly the collaborative nature of pursuing this in a team environment. Upon graduating, I decided I was more interested in examining these areas in terms of the delivery of large-scale projects than in designing objects.Most recently, I have undertaken an MBA at Melbourne Business School, and IESE Business School in Barcelona. This provided an opportunity to further develop critical skills including business strategy, analytics, marketing, finance, and people management.These skills have elevated my ability to help clients deliver successful outcomes in the infrastructure, construction, resources, energy, defence, and telecommunications industries across Australia, Asia, and the Middle East.Outside the office, I am the happiest travelling (especially if I can squeeze in a few days of scuba diving), on the golf course, or simply reading a great book.Specialties: management consulting, strategy, problem-solving, project delivery, leadership, managing teams.
