I manage, lead, and advise Honors College Leadership Council (HCLC). I analyze and create solutions to any functional or relational problems in HCLC. I present to prospective students and families at recruitment events for the Honors College. I create marketing initiatives for Honors College. I organize and plan innovative events and services for Honors College. I collaborate with other departments on campus. I am responsible for developing creative ideas to enhance our students' academic and social experiences.

Equity Derivative OTC Client Processing Settlements Team. I learned my team's processes and was able to contribute to its day-to-day operations. I helped allocate trades, net payments, prepare journals, and perform other tasks to help the team meet clients' needs. In addition to my function role with my team, I worked with three other Summer Analysts on a project in Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Income Processing. My team and I had to collect time samples for each process performed by employees in that division, and ultimately, we had to compile the data and create more accurate metrics for resource allocation. At the end of the summer, we presented our findings and recommendations to senior management.

I worked in the Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) from 2008-2009 as a high school student. In May 2010, I was hired on as staff. I assisted the Natural Resources Manager restore the Battlefield to its original state. In May 2011, I was promoted to lead and supervise the YCC team. I Communicated directions to team members.
