- Supported SVP Catering in the development of Emirates alcoholic beverage offering and selection of wines as part of the wine approval panel- Collaborated with Supply Chain and Logistics team to position selected wines - Delivered a monthly wine training program in coordination with Cabin Crew Management team - Coordinated with Emirates Aviation college to produce wine and spirits online training modules - As WSET Certified Educator, instrumental in planning and delivery of both class based and online WSET accredited wine courses for Emirates Cabin Crew and Training team - Worked closely with Marketing team to develop communication strategy around the wine and spirits proposition at Emirates, organising and implementing multiple onboard activations in partnership with brand owners- Produced and presented a five part wine and spirits documentary for screening on Emirates' In Flight Entertainment system

Created reports for principals as and when required. - Supported En Primeur campaigns to ensure maximum sales, profitability and efficiency.- Supported fine wine sales in channels such as On-Trade, International Strategic and retail channels.

- Found and appointed appropriate importers for each of the Jackson Family Wines portfolio of brands for countries throughout Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Russia and India. - Planned sales targets for existing importers in the region and implemented sales and marketing strategies to help them achieve these goals. - Paid principle visits to importer’s markets to actively assist in promoting JFW brands through consumer dinners, staff trainings and by implementing incentive programs. - Attended consumer events and trade fairs, organizing appointments with key importers and accounts.

- Responsible for building Sommelier teams and managing the wine programs of 5 luxury resorts based around the Indian Ocean- Set up and conducted WSET training programs to Advanced Level throughout the group

- Managed 15000 bottle (600 reference) Cellar- Won Michelin "Grappe d'Honneur" For wine list and service- Hosted tasting classes for 6-30 guests in French and English
