Opened in April 2013 with a staff of two being myself and our daughter the business concentrated and focused on Rural Properties. Thanks to the support and encouragement of a lot of seriously good people, Townsend Real Estate is now a business of six people (Claire has headed of to Uni) and growing. We now have quite a strong property management business where we are managing over 350 residential and commercial properties for both local and overseas landlords. We managed to secure a highly motivated and positive residential specialist who has managed to kick quite a few goals and move that arm of the business forward.

Opening Townsend Real Estate in April 2013 was the classic case of taking a big step into the (somewhat) great unknown. The past seven years was spent as the Central Tablelands rural property specialists for one of Australias largest rural services company and wanting to keep that connection with the districts rural community was high on our list of priorities when starting the business.Like any small business the Principal is always the "chief cook & bottle washer"; that's me.

My primary responsibilities whilst with Landmark was the marketing of rural properties within the Central Tablelands on New South Wales.

In addition to marketing residential real estate within the city of Orange, I, along with a colleague specialised in the marketing of rural & lifestyle properties.
