20+ years experience conducting client-directed planning and support to Joint Exercise Program (JEP) events, including detailed analysis of Joint Mission Essential Tasks (JMET) based training objectives. Development of exercise control design and architecture, facilitate and lead scenario development and execution, and timely delivery of post exercise analysis for future Joint exercise development. Supervision in development of Master Scenario Event List for Joint exercises and development of senior leader tabletop exercises, including execution of the event and after-action reporting. Observed tested evaluation field operations and events to ensure that the data collected addresses measure of performance (MOP) and measure of effectiveness (MOE). Responsible for conducting test planning and scheduling to help government project leads prepare for tabletop exercises (TTX) and field-test events.Familiar with Joint, DOD, combatant command operations and requirements related to training and education development.
