This team was responsible for overseeing installation and implementation of 90-150 facilities throughout Pennsylvania, Florida, and Texas per month on average.Wrote and executed an RFI for a qualified installation vendor to satisfy the need to have a single vendor that was able to support all markets in which Prematics was doing business.Wrote and executed an RFI for qualified installation vendors in the San Antonio and Dallas, Texas markets.Worked with Senior Management on a plan to streamline the installation and implementation process. The project resulted in a savings of $800-$1500 in cost per location that was installed.Successfully implemented the single largest site for Prematics. This implementation required 2 trips to Florida to work directly with the end user and the installation vendor to ensure a positive experience for the client.Worked closely with the Network Engineering and Customer Support teams to pinpoint and resolve common issues related to the product.

For these projects it was my responsibility to install the stores infrastructure from end to end and ensure proper connectivity. This was all done in a 24 hour time frame normally less than 1 week before the stores were set to open.
