With over 10 years of experience in membership and account management, I am dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the tech sector.In my role, I focus on building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across government and the broader technology landscape. I engage our members with complex policy issues that impact their growth and help them actively participate in the political processes that shape our industry.A passionate community builder, I organise events and develop resources that ensure our members feel included, represented, and supported. I work with manufacturing businesses across the South West of England to connect them with Make UK's thriving business community. I'm passionate about promoting the South West manufacturing sector and helping Make UK members shout about their successes and have their voice heard in Make UK's policy and campaigning work. I help companies share best practice and problem solve via networking events and online and I'm always happy to talk about and promote our fantastic manufacturing sector.

Responsible for managing the Membership Team, ensuring that institutions get the best possible value and benefits from their membership. Responsibilities include building relationships with universities, colleges and other 16+ education providers, overseeing the communications, managing groups, building and developing the member offer.
