I also frequently advise on product safety and recall issues, often with an international dimension.In addition, I have particular experience of advising manufacturers and distributors at the earliest stages of product safety issues, through to coordination of a global product recall and related recovery actions against international suppliers.I also have extensive experience of cross-border litigation, including anti-suit injunctions and declaratory relief, and of coordinating high value international personal injury claims.
