Duties and responsibilities include assisting customers, team members, and the center manager with any and all areas of center business including decision making, operational issues, business planning and training, priority setting, staff schedules, team member performance appraisals, and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities included: Plan/Lead Services, on-call to assist families with planning and leading funeral services, on-call once a month for immediate needs of the church family, organized and scheduled 300+ volunteers for participation in services and classes, produced audio recordings, typeset over 150 songs for use in songbook, lead rehearsals for Praise Teams and various singing groups for special events, designed and produced monthly ministry newsletter, mentored the audio crew chief, and assisted in planning large scale public events.
