While employed at ECC, I am currently managing several concurrent projects in the United States and in the Pacific for Department of Defense (DOD) clients valued between $5M and $25M. Projects include bulk fuel system upgrades, repairs, and new construction. All projects include direct interaction with client and stake holders, client and subcontractor contract negotiations, proposal and contract modification preparations, cash flow management, internal and external reporting, and management of several field execution teams. Also a key member of the fuels business unit strategic planning team. All projects are on track to be delivered on time and budget.

Consumer Packaged Goods facility improvements and construction

While employed at Gilbane Federal, I managed several concurrent projects in the United States and internationally for Department of Defense (DOD) clients. Projects included hospital renovations, Fire Station construction/renovations, bulk fuel system new construction, upgrades and maintenance. All projects included direct interaction with client and stake holders, evaluation of RFPs, selection, negotiation, and contracting of all subcontractors, managed preparation of all work plans, led design teams, managed field teams, subcontractor and client invoice preparation, material/equipment procurement, scheduling, internal company reporting, spearheaded RFI and change orders which included cost estimates. All projects were delivered within schedule and budget strictly adhering to all health and safety and project/program quality control requirements. Projects ranged in size from $1M – $10M and included earthwork/concrete, system power and controls, bulk storage tank inspections and repairs, equipment and system installations.
