CTO, Co-founder, and a Board member at E-Technologies Group (ETG), which is one of the top ten system integrators in the United States. As CTO, responsible for charting ETG’s internal and line-of-business technology strategies along with the company’s critical technology innovations. Expertise in architecting and integrating software platforms in the area of advanced control and connected enterprise systems provides the opportunity to work closely with ETG’s customers and partners as a Principal Architect and Lead Consultant. Executed projects all over the world and is considered an expert in software architecture and design in process controls. Experience includes Distributed Control Systems, PLC, Advanced SCADA, and Enterprise systems.Internally, responsible for technology infrastructures, business systems, engineering work processes, technical and product roadmapsPrior to taking on an exclusive CTO position, held a combined role as both the CTO and CFO. As CFO, instrumental in the growth and development of ETG and was responsible for building the company’s business and financial infrastructure. Responsibilities included financial strategy, planning and analysis; Operational and corporate governance and strategy; risk management and long-range business planning. Provided oversight for business operations, legal, HR, controller, treasury, tax, and accounting. With over 35 years’ experience in Systems Integration and Engineering, began career as an Automation engineer with Belcan Engineering, providing electrical design and software development. Shortly after, along with Chief Strategy Officer and co-founder Doug Fagaly Founded E-Technologies Group in 1994. Emphasis in the early days of ETG was building the foundation technical principals, standards and processes that ETG continues to operate on today. Received his BS degree jn Electrical Engineering Technology at the University of Cincinnati in 1987 and an MBA with Summa Cum Laude Honors also from the University of Cincinnati. A registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio.In addition to serving on the board of ETG, also serve as a board member for ContactCI an augmented and virtual reality company focusing on haptic and motion capture. Also hold an interest and advisory positions with ETS, a technology services placement company; SAVMAR, an asset investment company and SAVMAR Development a land development company. Married with 2 children and lives in Cincinnati where he was born and raised.
