Environmental consultant over the past 32 years, and for 26 years, I have co-owned, owned, and operated two environmental consulting businesses (Aqua Solutions and Green Development Consultants). Through these companies I have been involved in over fifty commercial development projects for large home improvement stores; hotel and supermarket operations; small to large residential developments, i.e., active adult communities; home owners associations (HOAs) and real estate property management projects, i.e., condominium complexes permit compliance; and, golf courses throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions providing pre-construction, construction, and post-construction environmental compliance services addressing various regulatory, i.e., local, state, federal (ACOE, EPA) environmental permitting needs. I have also been involved in government projects such as developing Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection’s erosion and sedimentation handbook and video; Niantic River Watershed Protection Plan via CTDEP; and, The Jordan Cove National Urban Watershed Monitoring Program via CTDEP, USEPA, and UCONN.Specialties: Provide a suite of strategic environmental services for development planning; develop and implement sanitary sewer capacity management, operation, and maintenance (CMOM) program and associated capital improvement projects, i.e., sanitary sewer line, manholes, and pump station rehabilitation; develop and administer computer maintenance management system (CMMS) for the operations and assets of wastewater and stormwater systems; post-construction industrial, residential, commercial, recreational, and agricultural environmental compliance, and interaction with various regulatory permitting agencies, i.e., local, state, federal.
