• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage key commercial aspects of projects including take off and call of material, as well as weekly and monthly costing, overseeing the procurement of materials, equipment and labour, conducting monthly progress.
• Oversee onsite and offsite electrical activities to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations, selecting tools, materials and equipment, as well as tracking inventory, meeting contractual conditions of.
• Conduct site inductions and meetings with Contractors, Clients and Project Managers, undertake and complete all Health & Safety and Company Policy paperwork, such as RAMS, toolbox talks on safety alerts, permits.
• Monitor sites regularly, conduct site safety checks and undertake tours of all areas continuously, ensure sites are as cost effective and safe as possible.
• Compile detailed reports for clients and PM, containing pictures and descriptions, ensure all third parties are satisfied, sign off contractors’ work, ensure deliveries are ordered, also checked and followed budget.
