• Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters related to asset financing• Providing pro-active, accurate, detailed and comprehensive product presentation to clients• Generating new sales using potential and existing customer networks• Process customer loan applications and ensuring quick loan disbursement• Collect and process all necessary documents and upload them to the company’s ERP system. • Conduct proper KYC and fraud prevention• Maintain sound relationship with existing and potential corporation partners, consult and introduce services the company is providing• Incase of necessity, substitute other asset finance officers to ensure non-stop asset financing• Prepare and submit reports and performance analysis• Taking ownership of the sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure.

• Train clients on basic financial management and available company’s loan products• Undertake credit appraisal, diligent assessment of loan applicants and loan processing• Create business for the company through selling, cross selling and marketing of the company’s loan products• Undertake loan and debt recovery processes• Liaise with the finance department for disbursement to clients• Receive and appraise credit applicants and proposal from clients• Preparing and submitting approved loan applications to the credit committee for purposes of disbursement• Proper documentation of credit applicants and the security pledged, proper preparation of records on both loans and savings account and frequent monitoring, evaluation and management of clients’ loan and savings using the Bankers Realm system• Ensure timely repayments of loan, preparation of weekly and monthly monitoring reports which gives the basis for monthly budget preparation and projections• Overseeing bank receipts and reconciling it with bank statements.• Developing and implementing proper plans for the general growth of the loan portfolio, support audit programs and conduct risk assessments• Leading, coordinating and championing individual and branch achievement of agreed disbursement targets
