As the Flight Commander of Training I led a cadre of 42 specialty chiefs; manage all aspects of training for initial qualification, re-qualification and instructor upgrade students. Furthermore, I manage the execution of 42 training syllabi, 57 training programs and 19 Standards and Evaluation programs on 6 Mission Design Series (MDS) for 540 students annually. Finally, I instruct and evaluate initial qualification, re-qualification and instructor navigator training on $178M RC-135V/W aircraft in the Air Force's largest Combat Training Squadron.

As the Training Standardization Chief, I guide my team as we develop and lead training and certification programs for the 3,000 member 55th Operations Group (the largest in the AF) with a $27 Million budget operating 33 aircraft. Furthermore, I formulate plans to standardize, improve and sustain training for 12 squadrons, 7 aircraft platforms and 44 crew positions.
