Air Command and Staff College is the Air Force’s premier professional military education program that selects the top 10% of mid-grade officers (Majors) from all branches of the US military, federal civilians, and coalition partners. It is a rigorous 10-month long graduate-level program of intensive small group seminars and engaging lectures. Curriculum topics include the profession of arms, leadership and ethics, war theory, joint operations, airpower, national policy, and the international security environment. Personal adviser to the USNORTHCOM Director of Operations. In this highly selective position, I led direct executive-level support to four General Officers, developed policy, and managed workflow for thousands of national-level tasks. As the synergistic focal-point of Homeland Defense, we facilitated cross-organizational coordination, partnerships, and solutions across the whole-of-government. Leveraged in several capacities, we prepared the General for strategic engagements with Congress and national leadership, assessing large amounts of information to formulate his strategic message.

Served as the Nation's 9-1-1. Directed the no-fail, real-time domestic threat assessment of world events to determine if the US was under attack and led military control of all aircraft across the US with 21 subordinate units reporting to me. Protected the US 24-7 from hostile aircraft threats—whether terrorist, foreign, or domestic. Thwarted Russian military aircraft and domestic threats, including the infamous ‘2018 Horizon Air Q400 incident’ (stolen airliner from the Seattle-Tacoma Airport on 10 August, 2018).

Trusted agent, personal advisor, and speechwriter to the Commander of the Air Force’s largest Operations Group (OG) on all issues—processes, procedures, special tasks, and projects. Formulated policy for 11 squadrons (3,000 members) spread across the globe, trusted with sensitive personnel issues, and validated 2,000+ performance reports. Implemented the Commander's intent and vision.

I lead the Commander’s Action Group (CAG) - a cross-functional team of six individually selected special action officers organized to directly support the Commander. We develop policy and manage workflow for 1,000 tasks annually. As the synergistic focal point, my team facilitates cross-organizational coordination, partnerships, and solutions across the globe, including our coalition partners. We actively engage with executive-level officials to facilitate the flow of ideas and innovations. The CAG also prepares the Commander for strategic engagements, assessing large amounts of information to formulate his strategic message. While our tasks are diverse, we anticipate requirements and implement solutions before problems exist.

United States Air Force

As the Flight Commander of Training I led a cadre of 42 specialty chiefs; manage all aspects of training for initial qualification, re-qualification and instructor upgrade students. Furthermore, I manage the execution of 42 training syllabi, 57 training programs and 19 Standards and Evaluation programs on 6 Mission Design Series (MDS) for 540 students annually. Finally, I instruct and evaluate initial qualification, re-qualification and instructor navigator training on $178M RC-135V/W aircraft in the Air Force's largest Combat Training Squadron.

As the Training Standardization Chief, I guide my team as we develop and lead training and certification programs for the 3,000 member 55th Operations Group (the largest in the AF) with a $27 Million budget operating 33 aircraft. Furthermore, I formulate plans to standardize, improve and sustain training for 12 squadrons, 7 aircraft platforms and 44 crew positions.

As a member of Stan/Eval, I managed and conducted aircrew flight evaluations. Furthermore, I managed 250+ flight evaluation folders, 21 programs, 5,000 training currencies and certified 280 US and British flyers.
