Part of the Marylebone, Warwick Balfour group specialising in high quality chic hotels (6 hotel chain), reporting to the Managing Director involving: * Establishing and effective day to day running of a new hotel with 43 bedrooms, 90 seater Bistro, 2 Function Rooms and a Fitness Suite.* Organisation and utilisation of up to 90 members of staff including recruitment and training in the company culture and ethos.* Promoting and selling the new brand to new customers and developing a favourable reputation locally.* Involvement in all aspects of preopening including liaison with contractors and suppliers.
