Responsible for delivery of work to a deadline and budget. This was achieved despite reduced resource and inexperienced personnel and considered one of the most successful outages delivered on nights by Cavendish. I also performed the role of commissioning engineer on behalf of the client for the primary cooling gas circulations

Responsible for the delivery of the Gas Circulator outage at Dungeness B Power Station. This included recruiting ~200 agency personnel from the nuclear, coal, oil & had industries. Ensuring all recruited personnel meet the SQEP requirements for their role on site to meet the clients specified standards whilst complying with our company HR plan.Client management was a key function of my role which required constant communication of challenges, delays and issues.Our work was on the critical path for the majority of the outage requiring constant prioritisation of key activities to maintain 24/7 working.
