I am a California State Polytechnic University, Pomona graduate with a major in computer engineering and an associates degree in mathematics. I pride myself on being a dedicated worker, one that not only works hard but works until the job is done, and done right. I am currently an IT Specialist, working with end-users to fix any issues that may arise in their day-to-day work, and with backend technologies to help build and maintain necessary infrastructure for running a business. I am well-acquainted with maintaining active directories, mobile device management tools, remote monitoring and management tools, cloud computing technologies, and have had much hands on experience with a plethora of other IT related software. I have worked both in teams and as a team leader multiple times throughout my career, and try my best to ensure I create an environment for fostering healthy communication that allows us all to prosper regardless of my role. I am very proud to be able to say that I have a very positive relationship with all of my previous/current employers, and that through those relationships I have been able to mold myself into a dedicated team member and associate.
