Strategy/Policy Analyst, OPNAV N3/N5, Cydecor Inc (May 2017-present)- Contract support to N502, Navy Current Strategy. Strategy Development Team: drafts strategy documents, capability development/resourcing guidance. Reviews and informs strategy/policy documents across DoD.-Independent and collaborative research/analysis in support of strategy development. Develops, drafts, and staffs materials in support of the OPNAV staff.

- Led team of U.S. contractors to train, advise, and assist the Afghan Ministry of the Interior in all aspects of force management. Primary advisor to an Afghan National Police Brigadier General. Guided Afghan partners as they defined requirements, analyzed capability gaps, and managed resources to develop the Afghan National Police force.- Produced and briefed decision support materials at the O-6 to 2-star general officer level regarding Afghan National Defense and Security Forces capability development and force structure.

-Research and analysis in support of core courses. Prepared content on a wide range of national security topics, designed case studies to train military leaders in regional problem sets, international issues, and analysis of global security challenges.-Assisted a core faculty professor in the creation of a new elective course examining concepts of innovation in military, corporate, and public service contexts.

-Substitute Teacher (Fall 2012-Summer 2013), Summer School Tutor (Summer 2013), Attendance Clerk (September-November 2013).- Instructed students grade 8-12 in all subjects, taught Math and English one-on-one as part of the special education extended school year program. Managed student attendance.

-R.W. Traip Academy, (public high school, Kittery, Maine).-Worked directly with small and large groups of student athletes grades 9-12 in life skills, physical conditioning, and athletic development.
