Assistant Director/ Area Coordinator
CurrentIn my role as an Assistant Director/Area Coordinator I supervise four full-time Hall Directors and two full-time Community Center Manager. I oversee four residence halls, one Co-Op and four apartment complexes comprising of undergraduate, graduate and family housing. I connect with external stakeholders such as Board of Governors. Area Coordinator Of Residence Education
My role as an Area Coordinator of Residence Education is supported our residence life staff and students. I oversaw 3 resident directors across six buildings and approximately 700 residents. I coordinated and participated in various committees focused on hiring, training and recognition. I worked closely with two living learning communities.
