Project consists of 120,000 square feet of medical offices for primary care, dental and specialty practices. Included in this project is a 25,000 square foot state of the art medical imaging center including all major imaging modalities (MRI, CT, R/F, mammography, ultrasound). Currently there are over 35 projects with a value of approximately $85,000,000Current Projects Include:Expansion and renovation of Emergency Department in one of the largest Emergency Departments in Manhattan.Renovation of Radiation Oncology treatment suites at two locations. Project includes 4 Linear Accelerators and 2 CT Simulators.Renovation and expansion of Cardiac Catheterization Suite. Project includes new treatment rooms, patient prep/recovery room, and new construction above existing hospital facilities.Managing planning and design for upgrades to various operating rooms and support areas for an 18 room surgery suite.Managed construction of state of the art HVAC system to support two specialized operating rooms.Manage planning and design of newly created Arrhythmia Institute in five adjoining buildings. Project includes 4 procedure rooms, patient prep and recovery, clinical education center and administrative offices. Major upgrade and expansion of MEP infrastructure is a key element to the success of this project.

Managed multiple construction projects for large medical center, including the planning, design, renovation, and modernization of research and clinical laboratories, professional offices, food service facilities, patient care areas, classrooms, and special procedure rooms.Partial Project List Includes:Renovation and modernization of a 100,000 square foot off-campus facility containing administrative and clinical offices, with a budget of $16 million.Renovation and expansion of the Radiation Oncology Division, with a budget of $20 million.Renovation and modernization of multiple research laboratories with a budget of $11 million.
