Controlled all technical and commercial aspects of the business, served 20 fleet operators and a global workforce of over 350 staff.Key Projects & Achievements:- Secured £30M+ of new client business, created new business strategy of civil aerospace contracts and established new venture in South America. - Developed an integrated operational support solution for RAF’s Tristar fleet to combine all elements of project management, operations, engineering, production and logistics, into a fully costed, through-life support proposal for the MOD resulting in a £97M contract.- Doubled size of Canadian operation to 70+ staff & £12M annual turnover.
