I am a hardworking, polite, mature and punctual person, good communication skills and very reliable, excellent when working in a busy environment and when working both within a team or individually, I have 10 A-C GCSE's which include a GNVQ in Business Studies for which I achieved a Merit grade. I have also achieved NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Business Administration and gained my Cisco IT Essentials certificate of completion in computer maintenance for maintaining and repairing computers.
