I entered into the retail/estate agency industry with no prior experience and was able to achieve management status within a year of employment. This displays my determination to succeed and proof that hard work and a clear focus can help you achieve your goals. My current role has helped me establish a greater understanding of the processes for house buying and selling and our customer service is unrivalled. My experience extends from property valuations, sales progression, coaching and training staff, setting/reaching branch KPI’s, complaint handling, negotiating and administrative duties.
