Currento Anchor the institution’s practices, policies and behaviors in our value proposition, which includes Sustainability; o Keep abreast with the development of local and international regulatory requirements/ standards; o Serve as the trusted partner providing thoughts and advisory around how we inform, engage and mobilize our people on ESG / sustainability topics; o Raise internal awareness and perception about sustainability and ESG/ Climate risks, identify and establish ways how to involve colleagues in integrating ESG in their daily work;o Collaborate with related units to develop ESG policy, guidelines and baseline assessments for internal organization and business units. Build and execute action plans to translate our sustainability commitments into concrete/ workable people and client engagement initiatives and actions; o In charge for sustainability reporting, represent the institution in external events in the space of ESG and sustainable finance, connect deeply and authentically with multiple stakeholders. o Synergize with Human Capital in promoting sustainability learning and culture. Work closely with internal communications/ editorial function for impactful change messaging and communications.
