Worked in the Problem Asset department from 6/2009 through 6/2012.Prior to the transfer to Special Assets department, worked in the Commercial Middle Market department from 9/2005 to 5/2009. Commercial Middle Market portfolio assigned was $150MM in total commitments. Duties included processing new credit approval documents, including renewals and loan modifications. Portfolio credit servicing functions included testing compliance covenants and financial statement reviews, risk rating changes, monitoring and clearing collateral exceptions, and other routine credit servicing functions.
