I'm currently working as a AWS solutions architect via my own consultancy - Hydras - designing, building and securing cloud based systems. I am also working for A Cloud Guru writing and producing on line training courses covering AWS. I have a passion for cloud computing, automation and security and love helping customers solve their problems using cloud based architectures. I enjoy taking a hands-on approach to architecture and security, automating solutions using DevOps principles whenever possible as I have deep experience in coding from my past endeavours.I love to work face-to-face with clients as well as lead teams of architects whom have the same dedication and enthusiasm as myself. This enthusiasm manifests itself outside of the work environment where I co-run the Cambridge AWS User Group which currently has greater than 300 members.I currently hold the AWS Solutions architect professional certification as well as all associate certifications. In addition I am also TOGAF 9 and CISSP qualified. I am always on the lookout for exciting opportunities in the cloud space so if you are readying this and have one please contact me!
