Stephen is a highly experienced professional coach, facilitator and workgroup consultant. For more than 20 years he specialised in the international trade finance, export, credit and political risk arenas up to 1997. He has held directorships, senior general management, marketing and sales roles during his career with major banks / finance houses, insurance companies, risk management organisations and specialist broking houses in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.For over 15 years he has lead and run his own coaching business. He has worked directly with many organisations & individuals focusing on Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Development of People and the practical, realistic alignment of Organisational Performance. Stephen has coached individuals, workgroups and complete businesses which originate locally or internationally in S.E.Asia, the U.K., Australia & New Zealand.
