Develop creative and custom menus for all seasonal, private, or brand-sponsored events in order to provide a custom experience for premium clientsEnsured adequate staffing for both locations including the hiring, training, and ongoing supervision of all kitchen and food service employeesConducted any necessary inspections of multiple kitchens, prep stations, and storage areas in order to satisfy all local health and safety standardsManage daily tasks related to the opening and closing of businessStrategize menu solutions related to large-scale events (ie Thanksgiving Specials)Either alleviate or motivate the kitchen line work as needed relative to both daily and weekly surges in businessAllocate kitchen resources around delivery and staff schedules including but not limited to flexible prioritization of orders and resources depending on need
