Successfully managed a $42M ACAT I Program Guardrail Common Sensor (GRCS) Life Cycle Support Contract consisting of three to five direct labor personnel and a team of 10-12 subcontractors. Successfully managed the design, development, integration, delivery, and training of multiple upgrades to the fleet of 14 Guardrail Common Sensor RC-12X+ aircraft. Prepared program reporting. Successfully integrated a GOTS active sensor system into the Mission Equipment Payload that worked cooperatively with the passive High Band COMINT sensor. This is the only cooperative HBC sensor system in the U.S. Army. Lead the team that designed, installed, and integrated a Full Motion Video into the GRCS RC-12X+ platform that included the capability to bring live video directly from the aircraft to combat soldiers on the ground by successfully installing and integrating a COTS Encoder and Vortex system into the mission equipment. Coordinated manpower support by supervising the team that designed and integrated a multiple enclave network system into the GRCS aircraft and in the ground stations that provided transmission capability of separate classifications of data via a single data link from aircraft to ground stations then to the operators and analysts at the mission operations centers. Ensured coordination and cooperation of multiple subcontractors and government organizations to obtain air worthiness releases, accreditation approval, and ground and flight test support for aircraft mission performance testing. Ensured all new sensor hardware was fully environmentally tested prior to integration into the mission payload. The entire mission equipment payload was fully ground and flight EMI/EMC tested. Ensured all specific platform zero fuel weight, on board weight and balance and center of gravity requirements were met, and successfully obtained airworthiness releases for all new integration efforts.
