I am currently a graduate within Scottish Water. The graduate program consist of 5 6 month placements within varying parts of the business through asset management to customer service delivery. I am currently working within waste water operations in a team leader role trying to manage change within the team to ensure we can be as efficient as possible. In past placements I have also been involved in the management of Scottish Waters capital programs as well as managing how Scottish Water deals with repeat customer contacts to ensure we are doing everything we can to make our customers feel valued when historically they had been let down by our service.

This includes creating robust schedules to ensure the department is fully covered, maintaining stock levels to ensure we achieved maximum sales while minimizing waste and ensuring that both the department and the staff are trained/compliant with both company procedures and legislative guidelines.
