Reporting to the COO, I lead a client-facing team of Project Managers that are responsible for managing software implementations with clients that range in size from 50- 5000 users. The product is a SaaS based workflow optimization and data collection tool used to streamline inspections and risk scoring. Our client base consists of companies in the loss control/insurance industry. We are an AGILE Development shop that is currently experiencing incredible growth as we continue to target and win the business of some of the largest insurance carriers in the world.In my current role I am responsible for implementing Project Management best practices and for integrating and improving the tools used to collect, track and execute project requirements. These tools include Ms Projects, an AGILE based ticketing system (Gemini), PMO Procedures, Work Instructions and Process Maps.I am also a key member of a 3 person Sprint planning/SCRUM team that communicates the Sprint workload (2-weeks) to several large development/scrum teams.I am also responsible for managing both client and internal issue escalations and have played a key role in defining, improving and documenting these processes in order to make them repeatable and sustainable as the company continues to grow and the need to train and manage people increases.I also serve as a technical adviser by leveraging my past experience in developing desktop applications, data migration, database architecture and data mapping. My extensive background in medium - large ERP systems (SAP, Epicor, Sage) and SQL knowledge provide me with the tools to support my team when technical resources are not available and clients are looking for general guidance on technical issues.

Reporting to the Owners/Board of Directors, was brought on board to provide the structure required to significantly expand the business. Responsible for all functional departments within the organization as well as for promoting/raising awareness of the company throughout the Oil and Gas Industry.Specific projects include but are not limited to Supplier Expansion, ERP selection and implementation (Epicor), New Product Development & Competitive Intelligence Initiative, Website upgrade/expansion (e-commerce), Updates to company HR policies/procedures and employee benefits.

Was brought into Cameron to establish standard processes among the Project Management team using the PMBOK/9 knowledge areas as a guide. Established the Project Management Office (PMO) in the Buffalo location to facilitate the adoption of a company wide initiative to leverage the core strengths of the organization. This initiative included a significant SAP upgrade as well as a significant change in the organizational structure. In my leadership role, I played a key part in the planning and execution of this initiative. I also introduced tools to the Project Management team to enable them to better track and manage their projects. These tools included a PMO share point, a self-authored risk assessment and management tool that interfaced with SAP as well as the proprietary Quoting and Estimating software. I also worked with the leaders of the other functional departments to to improve the communication between the Project Management team and the functional departments they rely on.

Responsible for Five (5) Mechanical Design teams (40+ team members) supporting eight product-lines, primarily ETO but some MTS & CTO products. The 5 design teams were located in Orchard Park, NY and Dallas, TX as well as liaison staff in each of 4 manufacturing facilities. In this position I lead a 3-D CAD initiative, various ERP/process improvement initiatives and served as a management representative and team leader for an ISO 9001 initiative.
