• Searching and handling buyers’ enquiries of audit services, reaching ambitious sales targets and carrying out sales plans.• Visiting and meeting with representative office of international brands and buyers, agents, importers and traders ,Introducing the factory audit service which includes accreditation, technical capability ,quotation and schedule to buyers, establish related buyer program according to client’s requirement though collaborating with technical leader and other admin colleague to satisfy buyer.• Contacting with suppliers. Arranging the quotation, schedule and onsite audit, calling suppliers randomly selected to get their feedback for audit service as well as reply their technical questions, collecting this feedback for buyer’s reference and trying best to make a continual improvement of the buyer program.• Assisting to organize technical training of suppliers which are tailor-made according to their buyer’s requirement.• Introducing the basic requirement of general social compliance audit standards such as ITCI,WRAP,EICC,BSCI,ETI and technical audit standards such as QMS and EMS to buyers and suppliers.• Keeping good relationship with other BU for cooperation on business development.• Managing the BD team, such as recruiting Tele-marketer, assigning the working, controlling the performance.
