Assist people with computer related issues within their homes. Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, networks, printers, fax machines, email, smart phones, tablets, etc.

Responsible for selling doors and windows, custom ordering doors and windows, generating outside sales leads for large projects and meeting weekly sales goals.

Responsible for the day to day technologies of the firm, including servers, wireless and wired networks, VoIP phone system and server, 40+ workstations, Azure Active Directory, and all copiers and printers across 13 different locations. I am also the Facilities Administrator so I am responsible for maintaining all 13 of our office locations including managing leases, arranging landscaping services, working with sub contractors as needed, etc.

Responsible for the successful implementation of RouteMatch software in public transit systems across the country. Installed, configured and trained on the use of RouteMatch TS, XP and XM solutions as well as implemented wireless technologies (Mobile Data Computers -MDC's) from third party vendors such as Mentor Engineering and DDS (WiNG). Also worked extensively with XML and data imports/exports in regards to statewide and federal reporting requirements. During this time I also assisted in Tier 1 and Tier 2 support issues with RouteMatch IT staff to help identify and resolve technical issues at the local level (end-user). Installed, configured and trained public transit staff in the use of the RouteMatch software as well as providing public transit operational consulting.
