My role is to identify companies undergoing a software evaluation who are seeking an all-encompassing ERP solution that manages businesses from the front end to the back end. Responsibilities also include being a resource and contact for companies with software projects on the horizon, which entails providing information and insight into Epicor as well as understanding their unique business and needs. I typically engage with C-Level executives and IT managers to create a close working relationship as they pursue an evaluation of their software. I also work closely with my Territory Manager to find sales ready leads and cultivate new business.
