Coordinated logistics for international shipments and prepared international shipping documents such as commercial invoices, shipper’s letter of instructions (SLI’s), bills of lading, AES reports and obtained ECCN codes and commodity codes. Processed orders using Great Plains system and Warehouse Order Tracking System (WOTS). Issued components and parts to the specific aircraft per FAA regulations and Flexjet standard procedures. Received components from vendors.
