I have been crucial in completing many independent projects revolving around work safety and efficiency. I also serve as a superuser during my time as a sales representative. I create Sales Orders, Invoices, and other functions revolving around fulfilling and documenting purchase orders for large companies and individual consumers. My intention is to help improve the systems in place starting from taking orders and starting production until the product reaches the end consumer. keeping employees safe in the workplace and limiting stress on the body and bottlenecks in the system is my desired outcome during this valuable experience.

During my time in this position I helped to unveil a new and streamlined system for safely locking out all machines and equipment in the facility. I personally completed over 400 Lockout/Tagout procedures in the Bradylink 360 program. After completing said procedures I trained employees on how to use the new system and how to aquire maximum efficiency through the entire functionality of the software.Aside from this task, I also created a system to document all the electrical disconnects in the plant. In order to help employees easily find the disconnect desired in one of the many MCC rooms during lockouts I created a labeling and mapping system of the entire plant. What took 10 minutes of wandering around before can now be found in seconds on the computer. The custom layouts of each MCC room and the buckets therein were mapped out by ID code, bucket number, and description and then posted on the entrance to each room as well as online. Buckets are identified by a color coded excel spreadsheet and numbering posted on the disconnect itself. This same labeling system was further utilized in order to document descriptions of used Buckets and the equipment dimensions, capabilities, and product serial numbers enclosed. This system can save thousands of labor-hours a year as maintenance crew can now quickly find disconnects identified in my Lockout/Tagout procedures.Finally, a barcoding system for the stockroom was created. Ultimately, a product can be scanned when received based on that items MRO Barcode and quantity entered. This will allow users to see how many products were received and when and then automatically update the current stock available in the system. Furthermore this could update stock as it is used up, track the amount of money in the room, and reorder parts that are below minimum stock levels autonomously.

It was my responsibility to pick up cars from customers at the front doors of the OSU Medical Center and carefully park them in a parking garage. I then take the cars back to the customers at the front of the Medical Center. I followed company policy for vehicle operation, customer relations, and worked hard to improve the day of the people that had to visit the Hospital.
