Vendor and contract management in the supply of third party resource labour for FTTH, FTTC, FTTP, FTTX and civils. Project management for the provision of BDUK FTTH, FTTX, FTTP and civils. Client management of Openreach.

Management of field techs for the provision and repair of fixed line and broadband services. Managed the quality of field techs personal workmanship and agreed client SLA’s.

Managed a team of remote technicians both FTE and contract labour installing and maintaining high spec exchange equipment, undertaking exchange surveys, ethernet, internal construction, FTTX, 3rd party acquisitions, and the provision of Evotams and Llutams across multiple sites

Managing a team of remote technicians consisting of direct labour and contract labour. Maintaining and providing network services to exchanges throughout the North of England. Project managing new installations of network services, Ethernet first mile provision and network build activities.

Multi-skilled engineer, Lead Engineer: BT Technical Centre Of Excellence Service Desk responsible for providing diagnostics for, VOIP, ISDN2, ISDN30, LAN, WAN, WLR, Highway, PSTN faults, video conferencing and PABX systems.Field engineer covering all aspects of both business and residential installation and maintenance.
