I source and import products for gift incentive programs (from China mainly), produce various tools which aid my representatives in obtaining more leads, demos, sales & recruits. Recently produced a video integrated presentation book using Power Point & Adobe Premier, which plays off laptop and has been described as the 21st century demo book. I motivate & mentor my people, and drive them to produce the best results. I process credit applications and contracts through various finance companies and set up new Distributor's in my spare time. I produce various tools that will grow and better organize the infrastructure of our business.
