With a practice rooted in British Columbia—a place my family has called home since the late 1800s—I specialize in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings across all levels in BC, including the Court of Appeal.My approach is grounded in pragmatism and cost-efficiency, prioritizing creative solutions to resolve commercial disputes, employment law issues, personal injury cases, and insurance denials for both individuals and small business owners. This focus is driven by a belief in the power of resolution to transform conflicts into opportunities for growth and understanding.I was called to the bar in 2002, after earning an L.L.B. from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts (with distinction) from the University of Victoria. I'm an active Access Pro-Bono volunteer, manage the Lee Mong Kow Fund to support education, and frequently volunteer at various community events and charities.When away from my legal and community commitments, I cherish time with my family, play recreational ice hockey, or out on trips for rowing.
