Growing up visiting the Catania Oils factory with my brother, and working in all of the departments, there wasn’t a doubt in my mind that I wanted to continue working with the company after graduating college. Starting by sweeping floors when I was just 11 to now being the EVP of Sales and Marketing, I have gained value and understanding for what we need to be successful, as well as a deep understanding for our customer and their needs. As the EVP of Sales and Marketing, I have a deep-rooted passion for being transparent with customers so that they are well educated on our product, the market, and even political issues that could be affecting the sale. In 2001, Sales was where I was needed, and ever since I have been dedicated to improving and deploying strategies and opportunities that we are lacking, finding whatever way I can to contribute to the growth of the company.
