Rwanda

Co-founded Tumenye Digital Ltd, a civic technology company dedicated to launching citizen-focused tools in Rwanda with Migisha K. Claude. Created sobanukirwa.rw, an access to information website for Rwanda, with the Open Democracy and Sustainable Development Initiative, a Rwandan NGO. The website is built using Alaveteli, an open source platform developed by mySociety, a UK based charity. Sobanukirwa seeks to foster open governance, transparency and accountability. It's a citizen empowerment tool that lets anyone interact with government and private bodies to request the release of information/data.
