This role includes coaching, mentoring, and overseeing all staff on shift, providing flexibility for shift coverage, and training new recruits. Leadership is also required in areas of discipline, recruitment, and administration.

This role allowed me to enhance my training and mentoring skills which prepared me for future advancement at PPTS.

At PPTS, I work as part of a team to provide caring, reliable, and exceptional service to non-urgent transfer patients.

In this position, my responsibilities included programming for children, youth, and young adults programming. These tasks required strong communication, administration, and people skills. In addition to developing many leadership qualities, I also learned when to follow and be a part of a working team.

I worked diligently in each position I filled; I begin as a dishwasher, was later promoted to line cook, and within a few months, was leading the staff through busy but successful dinner services.

Working at E2Z Coatings & Technologies, I fulfilled the role of quality inspector and also performed a range of various manual labour tasks.

As a storefront employee in the customer service industry, I pursued the goal of providing excellent experience for customers. I also participated in the production and organization of products.
